Welcome to Antone Feo, PhD & Associates. Our Counselors know that crisis and your health are not things that can wait for days or weeks. That's why our practice has a No Wait Policy for clients.
Our No Wait Policy means we make every effort to schedule you within 24 hours from the time that you make your initial phone contact. Once scheduled, please arrive 15 minutes early for your initial appointment. During this time you will be asked to complete all necessary paperwork. For your convenience we have posted some of the office paperwork in PDF files listed below. You may choose to print out the paperwork, complete them at home and bring them to the initial appointment. Co-payments are due at the time of service. We accept check, cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment. |
