Susan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist. She provides a holistic and trauma informed approach to mental health therapy integrating traditional and proven eclectic therapies. Susan works successfully with children, teens, adults and couples who face a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral issues, stress, grief, anger, career change, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, women’s issues including post-partum depression and self-worth/confidence; and transgender exploration and transition. Susan is trained to provide EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Art Therapy, Play Therapy techniques, CBT, Mindfulness and additional therapies that support healing. She has skills working with women who suffer from pelvic pain. "Hope for the Journey" is my professional motto. My goal is to partner with you to increase your hope, healing and happiness along your journey through life. Treatment is uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs and is done in partnership with the individual or family. |
